The following is an explanation of the process from participation in the auction to delivery of the work.

We will set the winning bid price (Estimate) for your artwork and explain other expenses. After that We will send you the registration documents.
In addition to the distribution of catalogs containing the products, we will handle a variety of promotional activities, including advertising in specialized magazines.
At the preview meeting of the auction, bidders will be able to view the items in person. We are planning to hold this event overseas as well.
On the day of the auction, the items are carefully auctioned one by one. In addition to the customers at the venue, many people bid in writing or by telephone, and a lively auction is held.
Payment will be processed within one month (bank business day) after the successful bid. For unsuccessful bids, you may choose to have the item shipped to you at your expense or pick it up directly from us.
We will explain the evaluation of the work, the contract, and the payment after the auction.
The catalog will be completed about three weeks before the auction. The online catalog will also be available on our top page.
There are three ways to participate in our auction.
1.Come directly to the auction
Numbered paddles for the auction will be given to participants who register and pay a deposit on the day of the auction.
The auction will proceed in the order of the numbers in the catalog. The auctioneer on the stage will bid up the amount (in Japanese yen).
If you wish to bid, please raise your paddle so that the auctioneer can see it.
The bidder with the highest bid will be considered the winner.
The highest bidder each time will be considered the winner. Specifically, the winner will be the one whose paddle number is read out when the hammer strikes.
Our staff will bring you a "Winning Bid Confirmation", please check the contents and sign it.
Please note that you cannot cancel your bid after the auction. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the auction, we may refuse your entry at our own discretion.We reserve the right to refuse admission.
Absentee bidding using the "Written Request for Purchase Bid" form
We recommend that you participate in the auction at the venue on the day of the auction, but those who cannot attend the venue may participate in the auction by sending documents.

3. Bidding by phone
If you are unable to attend the auction on the day of the event, you may bid by phone. Please complete the application at least 10 days prior to the auction.
The amount to be paid is the hammer price plus a 15% bidder's fee and a 10% consumption tax on the bidder's fee.
(Example) Sold price 1,000,000 yen
Successful bid price (hammer price) 1,000,000 yen
Buyer's commission (15%) 150,000 yen
Consumption tax on bidder's commission (10%) 15,000 yen
Amount paid (total purchase price) 1,165,000 yen
Please pick up the purchased items after payment is completed. All transportation, insurance and other expenses after the completion of the auction shall be borne by the successful bidder.
After 7 days from the end of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to pay an insurance fee of 1,000 yen per day for each item purchased.
